Expertise matters. Titles don’t. We challenge ideas directly, change our minds when the evidence demands it, and put the machine ahead of individual credit.
OUR PROCESS
Our process typically takes 7–10 days from first conversation to offer:
A 30-minute conversation with our CEO about Stone’s mission, the work, and how you think.
A 45-minute technical conversation with the lead engineer for your discipline.
An on-site visit with a technical presentation and individual conversations with the team.
An offer.
